With 7 years in the beauty industry, Hayvin is stepping into a new chapter at Pinup as our Salon Manager. After years behind the chair, she’s trading her stylist apron for a leadership role focused on supporting our team, elevating the guest experience, and helping Pinup continue to grow.
Known for being bold, genuine, and unapologetically herself, Hayvin leads with both softness and strength. She believes in moving with intention, communicating honestly, and creating an environment where people feel supported, valued, and confident in who they are.
Outside of the salon, Hayvin is a creative at heart who loves fashion, thrifting, crafting, and all things art. She’s also a big believer in a good iced latte and a great murder documentary.
