I have had the same stylist for 10 + years before my move to Raleigh. And it's been about 18 months since my last hair salon visit. Needless to say, I was in need but a bit nervous coming into a new place with a new person. The salon vibes and Emily put me at ease almost immediately. She listened to every concern and thought, provided amazing guidance, and gave me the BEST color and cut. She is as kind as she is skilled, and the easiest conversationalist. My hair looks great, I feel great, and Em has made a new, forever client. And the cherry on top of it all, the salon is the absolute freaking cutest! 🩷🩷🩷🩷

I had the fabulous opportunity of getting a service at Pinup yesterday. I needed an emergency service which the team totally worked out for me and was able to get me in at 5 o’clock on a Friday afternoon. They did an express extension move up and I am so happy with it.
I’ve been wearing extensions for over six years and I’m very particular about how they are placed. I expressed all of my thoughts and concerns and Ashleigh my stylist brought in Hannah and both of them together worked through making sure that the move up was done in a way that I would be happy with.
I was very impressed with how the team worked together, solved all the problems that I presented, and I am extremely happy with the final result.
In addition to that I was in and out within an hour and 30 minutes.

Katie is amazing. She listened to what I wanted and it turned out perfect. She explains what she is doing as she goes along. She even offered me an eye mask while getting hair rinsed because I had a headache. So happy I found her and Pin Up Studios!! This place is a gem!!

I had a great experience at Pinup Studio! Everyone was friendly and accommodating. They serve snacks and drinks, which was very appreciated as I hadn't had lunch yet and was very hungry!
The atmosphere was also very cute and welcoming. I really loved the single use towels for drying your hands in the restroom. They also had stools at the hair washing station, which made it much more comfortable to sit in the chairs.
My only complaint was that they only take cards ( they do not accept cash since it is only female staff which is totally understandable!) , but they charge a 5% transaction fee on cards which adds up quick when paying for hair services! I always have a hard time with businesses passing credit card transaction fees onto customers, especially if there is no other method of payment to avoid the fee. But since this was only a minor inconvenience after such an incredible experience, it's not enough to deduct a star; and I will be back!

Em was amazing!! Super sweet and helpful! My hair feels and looks so much better! Never have an actually been to a hairstylist that understood my waves/curls! Look forward to going back!
Went in for a haircut with Lindsey and I’m so happy with my cut. She was also super fun and easy to talk to! The salon is sooo adorable, the front desk coordinator was very friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend!!
I've known the pinup girls since 2021 and I love everyone. I have short hair and I see Adena for all my hair needs - oh and I'm a hairstylist myself - from the atmosphere to the decor you feel like you fell into barbies dreamhouse and everyone is so nice!
When I moved to Raleigh, I had a hard time finding a salon that I liked until I found Pinup. I liked everything from the scenery, music, and staff. Adena did an awesome job on my hair and was sweet the entire time. She is definitely the best hairdresser I've ever had.
I had the best experience I have had so far and I’ve been there 4-5 times now. I met with Katie and the vibes were just there. She gave me an honest consultation prior to my appointment and made me feel comfortable and met every goal I went there to achieve. If your first experience with pin up wasn’t the best I’d recommend retrying! I have loved everyone I have had there but definitely found my match today ❤️ loveeee Katie ❤️

Katie was amazing! It was my first haircut in 3 years and I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did exactly that!! Couldn’t be any happier. 100% would recommend to my friends and family! Also, the studio was very clean and super cute!
Jamie cut my hair and she always does a great job ! I have had three compliments since that haircut today that I look beautiful. Well I thought I looked a whole lot better, but I will take those compliments all day everyday. My 11 year old granddaughter gets her haircut there as well as my 40 something daughter and I am a 74 year old grandma. We are all very satisfied will our looks ! So it has become a family tradition to go there . A special treat is that the Salon is exquisitely decorated for Christmas ! I have never seen anything like this in a salon in the 4 states I have lived . In addition there are all kinds of drinks and snacks for free . I took a Diet Coke and a Chocolate Kind Bar for the road since I was late when I got there and needed to get back home . So if you need your haircut for the holidays or anytime give Jamie a try . She only works 2 days a week because she is a busy lady ! So call her and get yourself scheduled.
Adena is amazing with making my vision come to life! She is the best red specialist, kindest person and even walked me out in the rain to prevent ruining my hair. Best salon experience I ever had.

Such a wonderful experience with Hannah at Pinup Salon. The salon itself is beautiful, clean, chic and thoughtfully designed, with a fun and elevated atmosphere that makes you feel special from the moment you walk in. What stood out to me most was the energy, everyone is so warm and welcoming, with that Chick-fil-A level of friendliness where the positivity feels genuine and consistent.
Communication was excellent. I loved that I could easily text with them, which made everything incredibly convenient. Parking was also easy, which is always a plus.

LOVE pinup! I worked with them for a wedding styled shoot where they did hair and makeup for several models. Everything turned out beautifully! The stylists were very easy to communicate with during the process and even adapted flawlessly to a mistake that I made in creating the photoshoot timeline. I would recommend them to anyone!

Can I pause or adjust my membership?
Yes. Memberships can be paused once per calendar year for one month. You can modify or upgrade based on your needs, schedule, or changing hair goals. We get that life happens, things change and sometimes you might be looking for a little break. Memberships can only be canceled with 30 days notice.
What if I miss a membership appointment?
Most memberships allow rescheduling, but doing so within our existing policies will help you avoid losing your credits. Our team works with you to maintain consistency and ensure you get the full benefits of your plan, but our normal cancellation policies do apply here.
Are memberships cost-effective?
Memberships are designed to provide value for frequent clients. They reduce the cost per service, include priority scheduling, and ensure your hair stays consistently polished and healthy. You get more services while spending less.
Can I combine memberships with add-ons?
