Such a wonderful experience with Hannah at Pinup Salon. The salon itself is beautiful, clean, chic and thoughtfully designed, with a fun and elevated atmosphere that makes you feel special from the moment you walk in. What stood out to me most was the energy, everyone is so warm and welcoming, with that Chick-fil-A level of friendliness where the positivity feels genuine and consistent.

Communication was excellent. I loved that I could easily text with them, which made everything incredibly convenient. Parking was also easy, which is always a plus.

As a past salon owner with over 30 employees, I truly understand what it takes to run a successful and well-managed salon, and this owner is absolutely excelling. Everything is organized, appointment reminders were perfectly timed, and you can tell there are strong systems in place that are not only intentional but working seamlessly. I truly applaud what “she” and “her team” have built.

Hannah did an excellent job on my hair. She was thorough, professional, funny, kind and made the entire experience feel effortless and enjoyable. I was so happy with the results that I went ahead and booked my second appointment with her before I even left.

What also impressed me was that every stylist I encountered was kind and welcoming, not just focused on their own clients, but contributing to the overall experience of the salon.

The service was professional, the pricing was very reasonable, and overall it was an exceptional experience.
